Appreciated the room for the 2 double beds, my bed was big. The location was particularly good and comfy, the staff were friendly. There were shopping centers and fairgrounds around the hotel.

The location was favourable - right by Chico's industrial area as well as the Fairgrounds, downtown, stores and highway. Huge king room and the bed was good. The staff were friendly and excellent, you should know it.

The hotel's location was favourable and decent, so close to the Fairgrounds, downtown, stores and highway and southern California. Also, Bidwell Mansion Museum was 1 mile away from the venue.

We liked being in this property. Booked it for 2 days and had a just perfect experience. We booked a NICE size and huge room for the 2 double beds and could use wake-up service, available in it.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, its spacious and huge room and outstandingly accommodating staff. The location was favourable and comfortable, for example, Orient and Flume Art Gallery was not too far from the property. The restaurant was within a close distance from the hotel. The stay was really really nice.

Liked our 2 nights here. The rooms were reasonably spacious and huge with central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. The beds were good and the staff was friendly and excellent👌

Really nice stay, as always. Comfortable base for a 2-night stay. Amiable and excellent staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. A lot of goodies for breakfast.
